Call Handling
Our Contact Centre is able to perform live operator inbound and outbound telephone call handling. The telephone calls are channelled via a 'state of the art' channel system within which we can provide dedicated call lines, free phone lines or premium rate numbers.

The diversity of the service can range from customer help lines to consumer loyalty campaigns, credit card order processing and order taking.

Mail Room
We have an active postroom, with electronic letter opening facilities.

Mail Order Fulfilment
We are able to process orders received via telephone, mail, fax, e-mail, ISDN and Internet. These are processed via our industry proven and established order processing software. The system operates 'real-time' management which means reports can be produced reflecting the 'up to the minute' situation at the press of a button.

Banking of all major credit cards, cheques and postal orders are run in tandem and we are able to bank in all currencies. Should the need arise we are currently licensed as an off licence enabling us to sell alcohol mail order.

Campaign Response Fulfilment
From premium items such as electrical goods or alcohol to freebies of posters or badges, we are able to provide a complete campaign fulfilment service. We have the ability to produce personalised cheques, despatch store vouchers, conduct coupon-collecting promotions, prize draws, instant win and collate gift packs. We can even provide a gift wrap service if that is the client's brief.
