Store Returns
At Admail4 we offer an excellent handling and processing service for product and printed matter returns of all categories.
Dedicated areas, with trained staff, are assigned for returns at all of our sites. Our staff are skilled in the process of inspecting and, if necessary, re-packaging products, and can therefore return to stock any items for which the packaging is damaged, but the product is still suitable for sale.
Our in-house returns system allows us to capture the product details by scanning the EAN, capturing the batch information and the quality of the stock as well as the location. This facility offers our clients a fully audited product batch traceability as well as providing a quick turnaround to enable products to be re-sold and re-distributed. This all allows for a much streamlined warehousing experience and increases efficiencies and cost savings for our clients.
Secure certified destruction is carried out for all redundant stock that is not suitable for re-sale.
We are also skilled at processing White Mail, dealing with customer queries and processing refunds.
As well as dealing with product and printed matter returns, a Direct Mail Return Service can also be utilised by clients of Admail4. We can receive goneaways and manage the database so that it is always in a live environment.
National Product Recalls
In addition to handling general returns, our Product Re-call service is also available.
This service incorporates:
- running an emergency telephone helpline
- receiving the damaged stock
- checking the products
- secure destruction of all items
- and a detailed report once the re-call is complete
